I have purchased the whole oats from this company because I want to avoid glyphosate and gluten. . Their oats are sprouted, so I thought they would be more digestible for family members with celiac disease. I still experienced a little bloating with the old fashioned oats, but happily, none with these quick oats. They are now a staple breakfast at my house, and cook up quickly on busy mornings.

Amazing, quality product that I have consumed on a daily basis for years. Steel cut, organic oats (not processed, not "quick" oats) are the absolute best for gut health and for balancing out blood sugar. I would very, very highly recommend. Steel cut oats eaten regularly also can keep you regular. 5 stars!

Steel cut organic oats are better for the body than regular oats.I tried these oats since I use the brand for about two years . The steel cut oats have a different texture than the regular oats but are very tasty.

One degree steel cut oats look and taste different from other brands probably since they are sprouted. I used to eat Bob's red mill steel cut but there always seemed to be small pebbles mixed in with oats. Not a good thing at all.I have never experienced that with One degree brand. Cook time is quick and tasty with vegetal overtones .

These are excellent quality. They cook a little differently than regular oats. I think the sprouting process makes them more chewy. I find to get the same consistency to regular oatmeal, I had to cook them longer. Also, I found pulsing the rolled grain in a coffee grinder before cooking considerably helped with the oatmeal consistency.

Quick cooking but not microwavable. The tastiest of the instant oatmeal I've tried so far. I put it in a small saucepan with the water the night before. It takes only a couple of minutes to cook and is creamier than making it in the morning. Would love a microwavable version of this.

I am thrilled with the high quality One Degree Organic Foods Sprouted Rolled Oats product because the oats are sprouted and the product is tested to be Glyphosate free. Eating sprouted oats is important because the sprouting process helps break down phytates (the anti-nutrients) that prevent our bodies from being able to digest and utilize the nutrition within the oats. This makes sprouted rolled oats more easily digestible and the nutrition content more available for our bodies. The sprouting process does not change the flavor or texture of the oats. They remain incredibly yummy.
