This staple gun turned out to be perfect for my application if stapling electronic wires (18-22 gauge) to plywood. It took a bit if adjustment to get the air pressure right. Too high, the staple cut the wire. Too low, the staple didn’t come out. Once I got the air pressure set right, this works like a champion! The long neck allows me to get into tight places and fasten wires so they won’t catch on other components. The only feature I wish it had was some kind of trigger safety. Care (safe tool usage) must be used around the stapler because if it’s connected to air, a staple will come out if the trigger is pulled! I knew this before purchasing, so it was not an issue for me. If you are looking for a narrow crown, light in the hand, long neck, reliable (no jams yet!) and reasonably priced pneumatic stapler, this is a great choice. Definitely worth 5 stars!

We purchased this stapler to install permanent lighting on homes that use U-track, and it has worked great. It drives the staples consistently and has made the installation process much faster and easier than doing it by hand. The long nose is especially helpful for getting into tighter areas, and it's lightweight enough to use comfortably throughout the day. So far, it's been reliable and has performed exactly as we hoped. I'd definitely recommend it for anyone doing similar installation work.

Works very well

I also purchased the version of this with the shorter nose, and it worked quite nicely. And, I purchased a similar pneumatic stapler from Sailrite, again, with the shorter nose. This MT7116LN, when run with a pressure of between 50 and 80 psi tended to not even shoot a staple! More so, nearer to 50 lbs. This was very frustrating. It tended to actually shoot a staple more often when operated closer to 80 psi. But, at this higher pressure, the staples tended to be shot so hard that the top of the staple would cut into the vinyl fabric that I was using! If I backed off of the pressure to about 70 to 75 psi, it would shoot a staple more often. Under 60 psi, it would fail to shoot a staple more than half of the time. Very frustrating. At least a non-fired staple is easy to recover from. The real problem is that this would JAM a staple about 8% of the time. And that's really annoying, for I had to open it up and pry the jammed staple out of the "beak" of this stapler, which could take a few minutes. So, I used it in only those few spots where I really needed the long nose. If my window for return hadn't expired, I'd return it. The jamming and not-shooting-a-staple is a significant failure and makes this gun extraordinarily frustrating to use. Perhaps mine is defective?? The short nosed version works rather well, as long as you keep the pressure at about 65 to 70 psi. I never had the short-nosed one fail to shoot a staple nor do I remember the short-nosed one ever jamming. Same with the short-nosed pneumatic stapler that I purchased from Sailrite. (Totally different staples used in the Sailrite stapler: much wider.)

This is my first pneumatic tool so I don’t have any experience with others but I do love my stapler. It’s easy to use, very maneuverable, easy to load staples and lightweight. I’m not sure if it only uses the flat crown type staples but I’m hoping it takes others as well-if not it’s still a great stapler for a beginner like me.

I wanted a long nose small size, 3/8 head stapler for upolstry for a bit. All of my tools are high end, very little room in my heart for crappy tools. I THOUGHT I WOULD TRY THIS. This is now welcomed to my arsenal or nailers and staplers. It is small and light weight and very versatile no jamming at all and very consistent!! Love it!!

I have purchased so many staple guns and kept thinking that there has to be a better way to get a premium finish without your hand hurting! I did a little research and this Meite Pnuematic Staple Gun did not disappoint! The long nose allowed for tight areas precision, lightweight ease in handling, the staples release and easy load with minimal to no jamming was just what I was searching for. May I suggest ordering the Meite staples to ensure the best experience!

I run an upholstery shop. My stapler that I had before would not take just any regular 3/8 crown staples. They start making Staples for my stapler. So I researched and came across these staplers I purchased two and I cannot say anything bad about the staplers I absolutely love the way they open and close and that there's no puff of air in my face like my old stapler I love the long end tip I can get into quad seats easier and antique furniture edges are easier to upholster as well. I would highly recommend these.

Having never used a pneumatic staple in I didn't know what to expect, whisper quiet in use and will drive staples right into hardwood so I have to be careful and shoot the staples in, holding the tip of the nozzle just above the wood. I bought this for stapling Danish papercord and, if I'm not careful, it cuts the 'cord'. From this perspective I would've liked some sort of adjustment, a knob or dial to determine how much pressure is applied. I have adjusted the knob on my air tank but I still need to take care. I also notched the end of the 'nose' (?) to ensure the cord is always centred. The instructions were very basic. How to load staples and to insert 1 - 2 drops of oil but is there a special oil? I don't know, but it would've been helpful to have a small sample bottle included with the gun ordo I simply Google oil for pneumatic tools? Something else to note. The trigger isn't really a 'clicky' trigger, it's very sensitive. Are they meant to be? This is useful for me as I have to operate the gun nose down, airline up so operating the trigger with my little finger. But overall. I am really pleased, hence the 5 stars.
