Excellent, vibrant colours!

I was very pleasantly surprised by this food colouring, it is a lovely bright colour and only takes a little amount to change the colour, the tip of a teaspoon dipped in was enough, for the amount you need there is a lot in the bottle so it will last ages and it mixes in really quickly and smoothly, just what I needed I will definitely be buying other colours, it was a great find

I use these all the time as they are vibrant and you don’t need a lot to achieve the colour you want

I was so excited to use these on an 80’s cake but was so disappointed when I came to use them on the cake They are not neon in colour at all The yellow & orange were okay but the pink was more a dusky pink, blue wasn’t bright at all and again the green was too dark. Not vibrant. I ended up using some other gels I had to try and get the desired effect
