I don’t really have anything social to say about this product. It’s not the brand’s fault really, I just don’t think the hype is worth the proported results. It has a slight taste, but not strong and not gross. It doesn’t upset my stomach. The pills are pretty large though and the serving size on supplements like this is ridiculous. You’re supposed to take like 3 huge pills twice a day. That just doesn’t work for me. Easy enough to swallow, but not really worth the effort to me.

This stuff is fantastic! I Noticed an increase in breast milk within 12 hours of taking a single 2 capsule dose of this supplement! My breasts also felt engorged for the first time ever (I'm extremely low supply- I have IGT so 5oz per day is my typical output before supplements). These were definitely a good buy for me and worked just as well (if not better) than the last bottle I bought of a more expensive organic fenugreek supplement. They have more grams per pill than most other supplements I looked at which is why I figured they'd be worth a try. Really happy with this stuff. I actually did half a dose the 2nd day because my breasts felt so engorged after talking a single dose the day before! My one complaint is that after a few hours I already smelled like maple syrup which supposedly means it's working but I can't stand it so I feel the need to shower like 2-3 times a day because I really just feel icky. Luckily my husband didn't notice until i made him smell me!. If you're not a fan of maple syrup armpits, this is not the supplement for you. ALSO If you have a thyroid issue i do not recommend fenugreek as this will NOT help your supply and can actually make it worse! If you have insulin resistance or diabetes, this may not be a great supplement for you either (you'll want to look into goat's rue first). If you need to try something to increase supply and don't have any other health concerns I highly recommend this brand! It's Great stuff for a fantastic price!
