Just purchased recently, used only once. Good product, I started my SUV with 3.5L petrol engine without any struggle which battery was completely down and the jump starter was still showing 100% battery level. The product works as described.

I had jump leads in the car for a long time, and this unit has replaced them. It packs a big punch for something so small and neat. Easy to use and easy to recharge, although in truth it's held the charge for a long, long time before that became a worry. The case is compact and tidy. A very good buy.

Applying for refund/replacement..the delivered unit looks new but is of extremely poor quality. It takes hours to get charged and minutes to drain just by charging mobile phone .. Note: If the purpose is to jump start the vehicle then it works perfectly as the car gets started well and even the battery is not drained at all after jump starting, in my case I started Honda Pilot and the battered remained 100% after first start. However if the purpose is multi use then forget it: I tried to charge the mobile via USB slot or even simply swithing on the torch the battery drains supper fast (100% to 10% in less than 20 minutes) and then it will take atleast 2 hours to charge the device back itself

It’s an amazing product. Started Land cruiser , Audi Q7 ( both Diesel) and Pajero… it’s used 6 times to star all these cars and shown 95 % balance charge.. but it’s drain fast when we change mobile or tab..

I bought this mainly as an insurance to keep in my car buy recently used it to start the garden tractor the battery was so flat there was nothing on the key at all. I started it 4 times and the power only dropped to 99% normally I have to pull the battery off and wait for charge
