Keeps things hot!
I put some hot supe in my thermos in the morning. At lunch time, it was still so hot it burned my tongue. Wow! That is amazing!

Lunch will be good now
These are very nice and a good size for any soups or foods I put in them. I like the folding sporks that comes with each container.

Great idea, just missing something
There are not always microwaves on jobsites. I really like the 2 different sizes of jars. My biggest issue is that I don't feel my food is as hot as I expect it to be. I do warm my food and place hot water in jar for a few minutes before actually placing my food in jar. I have a Thermos brand that stays warmer, but it comes with 2 plastic containers and I'm trying to not heat food in plastic. My Thermos jar is on the large side. I think for the price, this is fine. I wouldn't be bothered if my food was hotter.

Packaged well and sent on time.
The order was as stated. I bought this for a relative for a present last Christmas. As far as I know it has not been used. That’s men for you…

Is it toxic?
One of the lids broke two months after purchase. The two layers were separated when they should be stick together as one piece, like the other lid. When wiped with a paper towel, the separated surface produced dark color stuff in the middle between the two layers. Is it toxic?! Does anyone have the customer service contact information? I threw away the packaging and could not find a customer support line when searching the brand name Bidakid on the internet.
