All around solid workout book
I have had a lot of trouble getting into shape. I always preferred calisthenics and it's hard to find a good book specifically for that. When I found this book, I was pleasantly surprised and the simplicity, details, like color photos and information. The different levels and modifications are also great. Would recommend for anybody just getting started or even more advanced people.

Super Good Workouts!
Read this book and practice these exercises if you want to achieve PEAK physical health and condition! These exercises can be a part of a high intensity workout regime. I highly suggest these exercise techniques because you can do them anywhere! No need to purchase dumb-bells or weights or exercise machines... just do these exercises everyday and DANG! you will be in some excellent physical condition!

Grueling, but those GAINS
I have been through many workout programs, HIIT, functional fitness, traditional weight training, endurance training, I thought I was in pretty good shape. Then I started this program. Totally kicked my rear! Nonetheless, pound for pound the best program I have ever done. The results speak for themselves.
