Complete Care Simply Spearmint Toothpaste

You start something new and natural like this and it's rather like getting a tattoo. It's foreign from what you're raised with mainstream toothpaste. Then you start using it every day.... Up front honesty. There is an earthy undertone to all four of these. Almost a gold seal root flavour if familiar with that. You learn to get used to it. You can taste this mostly with the cinnamon (which is what I started with and is now my favorite) The spearmint is the mildest. There's hardly any flavor at all but the clean is undeniable. Great for people triggered by strong taste. The just mint is a happy medium. And the peppermint is the strongest of the bunch. I really like all four of them and appreciate the variety for any given day. You get a decent quantity for the cost, especially if you wait for a sale. Haven't been using them long enough to know if they whiten, but they certainly remove plaque. When you finish and realize that your mouth feels fresher than when exiting a dentist office. That 90 years of family owned business experience shared on the box shows. Well done. You've earned a customer and will be spreading word. ♡

I chose this toothpaste because doing some research on other main brands such as Crest and sensodyne that are highly suggested by Dennis I found out that there's a lot of foreign chemicals in them that are bad for your teeth and gums. I chose this particular brand because one of the things that mentioned was all natural and silicate free which is the stuff that causes bacteria to run rampant in your mouth. As far as the quantity it's very good because it's very foamy and if you've used just a small amount on your toothbrush it'll last you for an entire brush so I still have a whole tube and a half left. As far as winding I couldn't really tell you if it works cuz my teeth were white prior to usage but I can tell you that it makes you feel refreshed afterwards when you use it. Unlike a lot of main brand toothpaste it doesn't leave that nasty alcohol aftertaste that you get from those toothpaste and if you do happen to swallow a little bit it doesn't make you feel sick afterwards. I find this a good remedy to anyone who's trying to take better care of their teeth or is having teeth issues and doesn't want to use the nasty main brands that cause these problems. The size is pretty fair for the price you're paying and I got two for about 20 bucks came pretty quickly so I can't lie I will definitely be using this again down the road when I run out.

My favorite so far and has a nice foam to it too! It feels like regular toothpaste and I will be buying this again. I hope the price stays affordable. The taste is good too. Im glad that it is fluoride free and natural

Awesome toothpaste. Exactly what I was looking for!! It's hard to find quality cinnamon toothpaste. I tried the Dr Sheffields and it wasn't even cinnamon it was peppermint. I returned it and rolled the dice again on Himalaya. And honestly for once I enjoyed brushing my teeth. It's perfect from the amount of foam to the no fluoride to the pomegranate. It's my new must have toothpaste in my repritour!

I've never in my 30+ years of life have ever had a toothpaste product like this before. It even smells like cinnamon rolls and I didn't even lift the cap off yet, and the original packaging for the toothpaste has sweet cinnamon smell in it and ik no other toothpaste has that special feature. It taste exactly like cinnamon and it gives you that cinnamon aftertaste in your mouth, that tasted lasted at least an hour last night and I feel more confident kissing the ladies out there. Those people from the Himalayas (if it really came from there) deserve a bonus raise for providing this to the entire world.

I switched to Himalaya Botanique Complete Care to get away from artificial chemicals, and I'm glad I did. The one honest caveat: don't expect noticeable whitening. It keeps teeth looking clean and healthy, but it's not a whitening toothpaste. For the price, it's one of the better natural toothpaste options out there. Highly recommend if you're looking to make a cleaner switch without sacrificing performance.

I have sjrogens syndrome (dry mouth dry eyes) and my mouth be so dry and i get burning tongue, and this toothpaste is perfect it almost tastes like listering mouth was with a soft mint taste not that burning mint flavor. so far, its perfect for people with mouth issues. and doesn't have all those bad ingredients that other toothpaste has.

I already had another flavour of this toothpaste and like it very much. So I ordered the mint version this time, and it is even better! It is also less expensive than the brand I used before and the tube is bigger, so it is a win-win.

Best “healthy” toothpaste ever. The cinnamon is amazing if you’re not a huge fan of mint. Might feel a little of soap flavor a few minutes after brushing.
