My mac mini was running slowly because it was getting so hot - after reading up, it seems that a heat sink like this can help, simply by sitting it on the case, as the fins help remove heat faster. It seems to work, I might get a small fan to blow across it as well. For the cost I was happy to make the experiment.

So far so good.

The heat spreader had arrived in perfect condition. With the thin base it does not necessarily lend itself for the distribution of a high punctual load, but perfect for my purpose of cooling several Peltier modules on relatively low current.

It was bought to cool down my graphics cards back plate. Oddly enough the heat sink was getting to hot, well for an air cooled tower build. So doing it cheep, thick thermal tape an two of these with a fan in the middle works insanely well. And also because all the heat has gone down the fans have gone quieter. Win win

Works great for dissipating heat and the only issue i have is that you have to work your way to install a fan as there are no fan mounts but a 3d printer or even zip ties could work just fine

habe den großen Kühlkörper genommen und 3 Stück dafür, aber meiner Meinung nach war es mit ca 25€ pro Stück zu teuer. Verwende sie um den Luftaustausch in meinem Kühlschrank zu erhöhen.

El disipador es de buena calidad, justo lo que pone en la descripcion. Compre hace un año uno igual, pero de otro vendedor, y mas caro, pero de la misma calidad. Y la verdad que muy contento, si no, no volveria comprarlo.Lo usé para un deshumidificador casero, y genial, pero vale para cualquier aplicacion.Lo recomiendo por la calidad y el precio. 👍
