I recently ordered the Ideal Infusion Raw Whole Food Vitamin C Complex and let me tell you, it has been a game-changer for my overall health and well-being! This product deserves nothing less than a 5-star rating. First and foremost, the quality of this vitamin C complex is outstanding. The fact that it is made from raw whole foods ensures that I am getting the most natural and potent form of vitamin C available. It's reassuring to know that I am nourishing my body with a product that is free from any artificial additives or fillers. What really sets this complex apart from others on the market is its unique formulation. The Ideal Infusion team has expertly blended various whole food sources of vitamin C, including acerola cherries, camu camu berries, and rose hips, to create a powerful and synergistic combination. Not only does this ensure a wide spectrum of nutrients, but it also enhances the absorption and effectiveness of the vitamin C itself. The Ideal Infusion Raw Whole Food Vitamin C Complex is also gentle on the stomach, which is a huge plus for me. I've had issues with other vitamin C supplements causing digestive discomfort, but this complex is easy to digest and doesn't upset my stomach at all. It's a relief to finally find a product that doesn't sacrifice effectiveness for digestibility. In conclusion, I cannot recommend the Ideal Infusion Raw Whole Food Vitamin C Complex enough. It is a top-notch product that delivers on its promises. If you're looking for a natural, effective, and stomach-friendly vitamin C supplement, give this complex a try. Your immune system will thank you! Disclaimer: This review is based on my personal experience and opinion after using the Ideal Infusion Raw Whole Food Vitamin C Complex. Very happy with the product, no issues with digestion or how the stomach feels after taking it.

I recently learned that 80% of ascorbic acid comes from overseas and is made from glucose (sugar) from corn and other chemicals, like sulfuric acid. This doesn't seem like the same Vitamin C we would get from nature. I am trying to be more conscientious about the supplements and vitamins I take. I read the labels to determine the ingredients and research what I am taking to make sure it's 1) natural and not harmful 2) beneficial 3) doesn't include any unnecessary fillers. In nature, Vitamin C comes in a complex with different parts. Ascorbic Acid is just 1 part of the whole. The pill size is typical, not too large, not small either. I have had no issues digesting it, and no taste or after taste. I have not noticed side effects.

My five star rating is based solely on the formulation of this vitamin C complex - which is excellent. It is far too early for me to know or report any specifics as to its effectiveness. If you are reading this I expect you already know that Vitamin C does not equal ascorbic acid. This is the best formula I have found to replace my previous vitamin C - ascorbic acid intake. I will also say that, and you may also have learned this as well, the mega-doses that have been recommended for vitamin C are wasted - as most goes unused and passes right through us. The recommended dose on this product is to fit with popular guidelines - and, of course, serves to increase consumption. One capsule per day provides a perfect and appropriate dose. It also results in these being an outstanding value. As you can see on the label, the vitamin C is sourced from Amia, Orange and Acerola Cherry. You may be surprised to know that both Amia and Acerola Cherry surpass Oranges in the vitamin C content. Again, I suspect that oranges are included to satisfy popular conceptions - but the other fruits are the actual vitamin C powerhouses. I cannot comprehend how 49.5 mg of organic fruit & veggies can do much. I could be wrong. Again - this is an excellent vitamin C formula.

I purchased this product to try out a whole food based nutrional supplement for vitamin C. I have come to believe that vitamins and minerals do not act on their own for the most part and require all there essential co factors to be present for optimal usage and performance. I was drawn to this product as it seems to be what I was looking for. I have only just started using the product but all seems great sofar. No negative issues with switching to a whole food based vitamin C rather that what I typically use (ascorbic acid). I also like the high vitamin C content of the 2 pill dose (750%). I didn't give 5 stars only because I have only just started using it.

I like this vitamin c. It is rare to find one that’s so natural. I like the dose and it’s easy to take. If you’re looking for real vitamin C, I recommend this one.

My journey started when I was reading a book about being healthy. The doctor author explained the difference between a few of the supplements we get at the store and how the body cannot absorb most of the products. With Vitamin C he described full-spectrum versus the alternative and I realized that it was questionable if anything I had been buying was really contributing to my health. Since our food has been "played with" so much, we have become a supplement society! I looked for full-spectrum C and found this product. I am also glad that it is from food and natural with measurable mg of actual vitamin. I would recommend the product as it has benefited me.

This is an excellent product. We all need vitamin C. Unfortunately, most companies use ascorbic acid, which may have some long term negative effects. I would advise doing your research about ascorbic acid vs other types of C. This was a great find. The price is mid range for C that is not made with ascorbic acid. It’s easy to swallow. There is no taste.
