I have foot supination and walk on the outer soles of my feet, ruining shoes rapdly and also messing up my posture. I bought these after researching various options for how to manage this. They come in a four-pack which gives the ability to wear just one in each shoe to stack them if I feel I need more support. I think they have already helped adjust some of my issues with how I walk, and the way my body adjusts to standing and walking. I did notice that when I first placed them into my shoes, my knees reacted as did leg muscles. That took about a week to adjust to. I think with dedicated wearing, it may help. At that point I may consider a pair of shoes that do this, but I did not want to invest in shoes and then find I could not wear them. These have helped.

Stopped my knee pain caused by over pronation

Very useful as they have specified for end use. Giving better hill support compare to the half used for the same purpose, but the adhesive is not sticking as firmly for the same type of available in half cut size.

They don't stick to anything but they wedge is a great size. I'll keep them since I used them, but wouldn't buy them again

Have some achiiles & ankle issues. Raising heel slightly on the insoles have really helped. Recommend

I ordered these insoles to replace a very inexpensive (cheap) pair. These are great! You get a total of 8 insoles, so you don't have to keep swapping one pair out between multiples shoes. These are very comfortable because they start out thick at the back of the heel, then gradually taper off to thinner near the arch. Nice support and no more ankle tilt! I used to have such annoying pain in my feet and legs if I walked too long. This type of insole banished that annoyance. What a relief! They are clear, so are not obvious in shoes. (I haven't ever tried the insoles with sandals)

I have a pair of booties--they fit beautifully, have great arch support (I need that), and are comfortable as all getout...but...they eat my socks no matter what--even compression knee-highs vanish down into them after even a short walk. WTF! Some other shoes "eat" my socks, but only ankle sports-type socks that are loose...anyway, I had an intuition that my feet were either pronating or supinating...did a bit of research and realized they are supinating, so I thought to try these out. BINGO. THEY WORK. Not only that, but if you rinse these off after a use or two (and they rinse clean very easily), they continue to stick pretty well--not always perfectly, but if you place them correctly and then put on your shoes carefully, they do NOT slip around. VERY happy. Only one thing: I would ask the manufacturers to use COLORED plastic covers--rather than transparent ones--so they're easier to find when set aside while the inserts are drying off. Small inconvenience for a great product.

Because I only need a lateral lift for one shoe, I can use the matching one upside down under a removable insole. These have good adhesive, and can be washed and reused. My experience with the plastic ones (though economical) is they distort over time. Best placed in one shoe. And without socks they stick to your feet - I used foot powder but then had to wash them. But a good buy for the money. Very clear, could use in sandals.

The inserts are quite comfortable. They do get a bit irritating if you're walking or standing for most of the day, but they're by no means unwearable. I have an overpronation in both my feet and the pressure on my heel is tolerable most of the time, but I do have to take a break every now and then if I plan to walk or stand for more than 6-8 hours at a time. They are soft however, so even at a height of 1cm, they do collapse quite a bit and end up being lower than I'd personally like. You will need to assist them by adjusting your gait and how your foot strikes the ground in order for them to work as intented. Would definitely buy another set, I have them in most of my shoes including Chuck Taylors, which were difficult for me to walk properly in before the inserts.
