Regarding what previous ones said about it being a sugar pill: yes it has fructose & lactose as ingredients but it is listed as a inactive ingredient which means they're added inactive ingredients. The major important ACTIVE ingredient thats the ingredients that actually do the job are listed as the Active ingredients. Have to do your research on what these ingredient terms mean.
