Flavorful, but very expensive.
We had a pizza in Seattle with Sopressata on it for dinner one night on vacation. As soon as we got home I began searching for this. We live in a small midwestern town so that was a nope...moving on I found it here. Took some time to get here and the price certainly was steep but it tastes good. Will I buy again? No. I cannot justify the price. The slices are generous, fatty and flavorful but well, pricing did it in for a possible reorder.

Hopelessly bland...Degraded product
What arrived had been sitting in hot delivery truck & had copious rendered fat in package. I wasn't pleased but thought perhaps the expected taste would still be there. Wrong! What I received was barely edible & looked abysmally gray, weird off taste, I could perhaps blame questionable shipping practices. This probably under the best of circumstances has minimal flavor, character & what I tasted was beyond bland verging on spoiled. Slices had little color, verging on grey, definite "off" flavors. I love sopressata & am accustomed to beneficial molds on charcuterie, no mold on this one, just poor delivery practices & unappetizingly bland product. I did not request a refund because I opened & consumed some product. I don't know how to return food for refund.

Nobody can eat this food I received!
It’s not the first time I buy this product from you and always is been good. This time the product smells very bad and it looks like rotten, even the color is not the same as always.

So-so as food but delivery makes it convenient to purchase.
OK, but high salt content and much saturated fat and cholesterol. Delivered to my door in sealed plastic bag for freshness but must be refrigerated once opened.

Right in the garbage! NO return policy. Horrible, rotten food
This was disgusting , old, rancid, opened and rotten. Right in the trash. Horrible policy- NO returns. Waste of $$. Wish I read the reviews, first.
