I've bought this mainly to use as meat/fish cooling rack, although it's totally adequate as baking tray as well. The rack is very sturdy, much better than other racks I have. It's easy to wash, it's right size for 2 steaks + tongs, just what I needed. As desribed, it's made from stainless steel (magnetic as it should be for 18/0), supposedly it will stain faster and is less durable than more expensive 18/10 - I'll update the review if this happens.

Perfect. Does exactly what it should do and very easy cleaning

I got the smallest size 9"x7"x1" (pair). Perfect for reheating or cooking small portions, cooling brown bread loaf, resting cooked steak. No tinfoil needed for cooking those messy things, like grilled kippers or mackerel. These are rigid, well made and *solid* (~0.75mm sheet for tray, 1.5mm and 3mm Ø wire rack), I think I could probably stand on one and not do much damage. There's a small gap around the outer rolled lip of the tray, nothing major. Rack sits at about half depth of the tray. Good overall depth should mean no heat warping as with larger or shallow trays. Update after 10 months: all good, minor discolouration as expected with stainless steel. These can be cleaned, though no need yet (vitreous enamel dishes are better for heavy duty cooking in this respect).

Good quality

These are fantastically versatile baking trays. They are useful for food prep if you want things to rest or dry during on the wire racks stages of cooking, but they are equally good to roast in the rack or straight in the pan. They clean up beautifully being nice shiny stainless steel and it is fantastic that they can go in the dishwasher. Finally the fit together nicely when stacked so they don’t take up too much space to store.

Solid, well built, dishwasher safe and hasn't rusted or tarnished. As advertised. Worth paying the extra for quality.

They are sturdy, easy to clean (just pop it in the dishwasher), beautifully shiny, and an absolute joy. I'm going to get the bigger one too. The grills are just the right size.

Basically okay. One of the 2 trays warps quite a lot around 180C (fan), the other is solid. I was only using them to make cookies so not an issue, but the amount it warped if there had been any liquid in it, it would have been a problem. They were bought for cookies and similar 'dry' things so, whilst not 'ideal', still usable. The racks, are solid, never seen a 'design' like them, probably contain 3 times the amount of 'wire' of any cooling rack I've encountered before. The listing suggest they could be used for air frying. I would not think so, even with all the extra wire the gaps are still too large for chips, or anything much smaller than wings. I've only used as cooling racks so far, for cookies ;) Cleaning - 99.9% of the trays clean up easy, but even after just one use there are parts which do not clean, I suspect that the problem may be unnoticed flaws in the finish, which stuff somehow stuck to, despite my using baking paper, and is not immovable. The racks cleaned up okay, but they only had cooked cookies on them, I suspect that if they were used for bacon, or wings, then without a dishwasher cleaning would be 'difficult'. So, trays, dubious quality control, racks, odd but fine, for cooling racks. Given that, I'd say they were a bit overpriced - a hefty surcharge has been added simply because of the size being the maximum many counter top ovens can accept e.g. if my oven could take a slightly bigger tray then I could have got 2 enamelled trays for less (which would have been preferable, but none exist on amazon in the size(s) needed). ETA - It seems that amazon have decided that they do not need to follow UK trading laws, in that if I wanted to return this item, on the basis that 50% of it is defective, then I must pay to do so. Amazon's return service, for defective goods, is no longer free, it's £2.99.
