I have really dry eyes and cataracts and have been having trouble with scratchy eyes lately. Drops don’t seem to help a whole lot. I was already taking Barleans fish oil, which helped my good cholesterol reading. I started this maybe a week ago and my eyes already feel better. I could only find this on Amazon. Too bad local Health food stores don’t have it. Our eyes are priceless.

Two benefits for one
Prior to finding this product, I had been taking both lutein and omega 3 fish oil for both cardiovascular and eye health. It was extra work to find two separate high quality products. Now I can take everything together in one good tasting product from Barlean's.

Was getting Ocular migraines for a while when I started playing Helldivers 2, I took this daily until i ran out and havent gotten them since, that was about 6 months ago.

Delicious source of omega 3s
Tastes great, very sweet but a very nice flavor. Much nicer way to get your omega 3’s in than any other product I’ve tried. I save it for last in my nightly regimen so the flavor can last.
