Waterline issue
My eyes is oily it stillspread to eyebag ..so.not really for waterline

Perfect Eyeliner
This eyeliner is great! Goes on smooth and stays all day. I have oily skin and my eyelids touch the top of my eyes. The eyeliner stays all day and I live in SW Florida so it’s HOT and still no problems. TIP: When you want to sharpen your pencil put it in the freezer for about an hour BEFORE you sharpen it. You get a nice sharp point without a problem.

Nice creamy pencil. Tootsie is a lovely shade of brown and works well on the water line. Goes on smoothly and easily. I love Urban Decay cosmetics! Their eyeliner pencils are the very best! They are highly pigmented and long lasting. I am also a big fan of their eye shadows.
