It tastes okay not too bad. I didn’t experience any side effects. Consistency is a bit thick but with a smooth texture so that is okay. As marine collagen is for skin I can say that I do think it is effective as I noticed more firmer skin.

I've been using the product for over 2 months now and noticed a difference in the first 3 weeks. I ripped a tendon in my wrist just few days before I started using this, and it healed so quickly! When this happened previously, it took months to heal, but my wrist was as good as new within a month. I initially bought this for hair growth/strenght and can't see much difference yet, but I will continue to use it for other benefits. The taste is bit funky to me and still tastes like fish even if it's mixed with berries, but I usually further mix it with a juice.

A friend recommended I should take marine collagen for my arthritis. My wife wants to take it to improve her skin. We own a UK manufacturing business so we like to support UK manufacturers. I passed by German products and Norwegian products on Amazon and found this, which clearly shows a Union flag on the bottle and, in the product information says, its from the United Kingdom. It isn't. Once I got it, the bottle said "made in the EU." Whilst the marketing agency "Reverse Life" may be a UK company, the product isn't manufactured here. Having done some digging, I suspect it's made in Sweden. Well, you might have my business this time - but you won't get it again.

This tastes good compared to some ive been on this a month and i can honestly say skin looking brigher and i dont have aches and pains like i used too have subcribed to get it monthly now.
