Not as easy as it looks
This is lovely to hold but I find, not as easy as it’s meant to be. You can start going down the vegetable easily, but it’s the finishing that I find hard. I get to the end and tend to end up ripping it out of the vegetable as it won’t pull out the bottom. It may be me, I will persevere, and it actually Juliennes very well. It could be because to is sharp that I am worried I will cut myself. I love the cover to protect it or me when it’s in the drawer.
