## Description

Horsetail (Equisetum arvense) is a perennial spore herbaceous plant with a long creeping rhizome with rounded nodules and thin roots. All mineral levels in the body should be monitored once you approach menopause especially. Certain vitamins such as vit D effect mineral absorption. I don’t love the flavor, it’s very sweet! I like that it’s organic. This is my second bottle, trying to use for hair growth...haven’t noticed a huge difference yet but I’ll finish this bottle.
