Der beste Massegainer
Super löslich und schmeckt einfach nur bombe. Also Schoko kann ich echt empfehlen. Ich trinke ein Shake am Tag und esse 3 Mahlzeiten. Nach dem Training noch zusätzlich ein Whey Drink von ESN. Habe in 2 Monaten 4kg zugenommen, ich habe aber auch nur 2 Löffel in 500ml Milch gemacht und nicht 4 wie vorgegeben. Wollte nicht nicht zuviel Fett aufbauen, nur langsam etwas Gewicht aufbauen. umbedingt kaufen! Ich hoffe ich konnte ihnen mit der Kaufentscheidung behilflich sein.

Excellent product
I've always trusted bsn products. I got this a few months ago to help counter calorie burn at work. I cant eat enough calories, in particular on heavier workload days, to minimize catabolism. This helps and i also found it works great as a post workout "meal". It mixes well, a lot better than the 1200 calorie one. Tastes great too. It says use 16 Oz of water but like always you should do like a quarter to half a cup less for a better consistency/flavor.
