A must have kadhai in your kitchen. Good for health and smooth to cook.
Amazing stainless steel kadhai. My bhabhi was using so i ordered the same from Amazon in India and my father in law got it with him to USA.It requires less oil and you need to cook on low heat and make sure to prep and cut your vegetables before hand. I loved the kadhai.Very very smooth to cook and food doesn’t stick.I got the 3.2 litres size (26cms) and it is sufficient for 5-6 people. It is induction friendly and dishwasher safe. Good weight but not overly heavy. I am using on a electric stove cooktop.Tips to maintain and use stainless steel Kadhai-1. Use on low to low medium heat.2. Cut your veggies/ food before hand.3. Keep stirring and use very little water if the kadai feels dry.4. If possible use wooden spoons/ spatula to stir.5. Dont scrub too hard with steel scrubber while washing.6. Place the kadhai in hot water before washing. The food particles will get soft and will easily come off while washing.7. Wipe the Kadhai dry with a microfiber cloth or napkin dry after washing.

Totally worth the price
I purchased this product after going through a lot of reviews of other similar triply stainless steel cookwares as it was my first purchase in this category. After using this product for over a year now, I can conclude that this is totally worth the price. It is a bit on the higher price point but the product quality is very good. Once you get the knack of using stainless steel cookwares, I becomes very easy to use without any hassle of sticking. The capacity is more than sufficient (mine is 3.3 ltr) and it feels premium.The only downside can be the lid, had it been a glass one or more aesthetic it would have been better ,considering this isn't a cheap buy. Nonetheless, very happy with the purchase.
