I am usually quite skeptical about things like this. Like it's just an amino acid and some caffeine, how much could it really do anything? I am pleased to be proven wrong! I have made my partner try this stuff too and they had similar results. My partner told their parents only to find out they have recently been taking the stuff with great results too! With this product - I am awake, not jittery. I am present, alert, with little anxiety. If I do have any anxiety, I am more resilient in the face of it. I've been able to go to meetings, go to class, live my life without the fatigue, brain fog, and persistent anxiety I have had for years. For once. I am not a doctor, I will not tell a soul to eschew a doctors help over something they read on an amazon review for a supplement, but if you struggle with anxiety, low energy, trouble focusing, please consider giving this a try. Perky pills, do the job and I like the lower dose. Dunno about the other gear in them but I don't notice any negative from it so beauty bonza!
