I’ve been buying these for a couple years now and they’ve worked really well for me. The caffeine and L-theanine combination gives smooth energy and better focus without feeling too jittery. Really found this product to be a good value for the cost. The energy is very clean feeling, no jitters from 1 in the morning and one sometimes in the afternoon. I dislike coffee and the staining it does to my teeth so I opted for this product. I've recommended it to multiple friends and all have had a positive response to it. Compared to buying energy drinks in bulk at a wholesale store, this is remarkably cheaper as well. If you're trying to limit all the goyslop from your diet, give these a try!

Gives some nice clean energy for about 3-4 hours. I usually only use one pill, sometimes 2. Great product, has no aftertaste or anything like that.

I am usually quite skeptical about things like this. Like it's just an amino acid and some caffeine, how much could it really do anything? I am pleased to be proven wrong! I have made my partner try this stuff too and they had similar results. My partner told their parents only to find out they have recently been taking the stuff with great results too! With this product - I am awake, not jittery. I am present, alert, with little anxiety. If I do have any anxiety, I am more resilient in the face of it. I've been able to go to meetings, go to class, live my life without the fatigue, brain fog, and persistent anxiety I have had for years. For once. I am not a doctor, I will not tell a soul to eschew a doctors help over something they read on an amazon review for a supplement, but if you struggle with anxiety, low energy, trouble focusing, please consider giving this a try. It is not a magic pill, it's not gonna get you HiGh or anything like that, but it has helped me and my partner immensely (and immediately).

it's got caffeine which was nice, not sure how well the L-Theanine works... my concentration didn't seem to get any better. Kind of think it's a gimmick but who knows. Everything looked like good quality though, worth trying since everyone is different.

Perky pills, do the job and I like the lower dose. Dunno about the other gear in them but I don't notice any negative from it so beauty bonza!
