The radio you didn't know you needed.
Are you hearing the same songs on every station in town? Same old stuff that hasn't changed in 20 or more years. Did you used to search for radio at night to pick up something different from farther away than you could drive, or maybe a shortwave fan. If you haven't discovered internet radio yet then I'd say this radio is a great way to start. Search the world at your fingertips. Easy and intuitive to use. Setup was way easier than I even planned for and within minutes I was chasing stations like my teen years. There's even an app, UNDOK, even though it's not mentioned anywhere. Hooks you up with an alternative app called Oktiv but it appears to be supplementary and I've been primarily using UNDOK for my "remote". I had been searching for weeks for the right radio up and down the price spectrum. I have a decent audio system and amp so I needed something with an audio out option and this radio checked all the boxes especially since I wasn't willing to dish out for ultra premium audiophile wet dream. To that, it's been a dream to use and the best purchase I've made in quite some time. Build quality is good and doesn't feel ultra cheap. Sound on it's own is about what you'd expect from a portable radio in the 70s before boom boxes became the thing. It's more suited to being hooked up to an amp for the best output. As previously stated controls are intuitive. I was worried I wouldn't be able to find the stations on my want list but I was adding favorites in less than 5 minutes. I haven't met the threshold of 30 saved stations but it is the one wall I see hitting first. 100 would be nice but I'm guessing it's a hardware limit. Since I live in the US the DAB radio isn't even an option. I don't mind as the radio is meant to be internet anyway. Haven't tried over the air FM for the same reason. All in all this is a great starter radio for a service many probably don't realize is available outside of Sirius radio. Worth the buy.

east to use
works great. connected to my wifi no problem. sound is decent for a small radio. I used it as a bedside radio/alarm clock etc. wish it could store more presets, but thats about it for the cons.

Fairly good product (so far!)
Have had for only a few days. Very happy with the product. The internet radio part is easy to set up and works great. Not so happy with the Spotify function though as it does not work with free accounts (requires premium membership). The knob and buttons are a bit awkward but they work fine. The sound quality is very good. and best of all, it looks good. It gives a retro transistor radio vibe - which is quite nice for those who actually remember those radios. I will update the review if starts acting up (hopefully not, because I really like it.).

Used and Abused but works
What is up with Amazon sending used items as new? I got a used Lemega IR4S radio, it has greasy smudges everywhere, and the screen protector was already removed. The previous buyer who returned it at least reset the item so I can configure the device for use. The initial configuration went smooth, and the device was on the Internet quickly. I was able to find stations I want though using Search is the best way to find it. Which reminds me, this device is definitely used as the only knob that is used for entering letters and numbers is wobbly and barely hanging on at best. The screen can get dimmed and it is still quite bright if you are going to keep this in the bedroom you sleep in. I have it set to Medium level dim when on and Low level dim when it times out. Again, too bright for a bedroom if lights annoy you. Aside from the fact this is a used and abused, then returned product, it works fine. The sound from a tiny little device like this is as expected, less than stellar, and it sounds meh. But, I use the headphone output to connect to better speakers and it sounds fine. It does require batteries and without it you need a USB C cable attached to it and plugged in. Not a big deal. I did unplug the device without batteries after powering off, and lo and behold, it remembered the network configuration, date/time, and the last station I was listening to. This is nice. When you listen to FM radio, it sounds decent for a little radio. The quirkiness of scanning FM stations is it stops at 0.15MHz before the actual station. So if the station is 101.9MHz, it will stop at 101.75MHz and you have to nudge it a bit to get the actual radio station. Weird. All in all, I am happy with the radio's capabilities, but I am very disappointed that I got a used radio that I paid full price for. I would give this a 5 star if I had a new radio. This is greasy, no screen protection, and the knob wobbles so bad like the previous user abused it. Oh well. I hope this helps.

Pretty decent radio for the price
I will just review it for what I bought it for. I did not buy it for Spotify, but just for listening to some stations I miss since I moved to my new house. I am a radio person having been around radios since my childhood, do not like playlist, it is all about listening to random songs, and the option to switch to a different station when I want to. I am a DXer, if you know what it means, and have plenty of radios that I tune for SW. And of course have a license of HAM. With that out of the way, let’s talk about this radio. I have not gone through the manual, but apart from using the preset keys, you don’t really need it (unfortunately it’s not in the manual, to save a preset, long press one of the keys and save to a available slots. To select just short press it). I found the interface easy to navigate, setup was a breeze, it updated as soon as I connected to internet. I read bad reviews about battery life, but put in fresh batteries, probably payed for more than four hours, and battery still shows all 3 bars. The sound is a little bit tinny - you can expect it from small speakers, and I didn’t see a way to change the date to US mm/dd/yyyy format, but apart from that do not have a complaint. This is my new toy as I do not have to worry about atmospheric miracles to get long range SW signals. I am not giving up DXing, but for regular use, this is pretty decent. If you are looking for a internet radio you will not be disappointed. Of course we still have to look for longevity. Keeping fingers crossed.

Cannot recharge the batteries that YOU have to supply, how stupid is that? Speakers are garbage.
I really wanted to like this radio but it never failed to disappoint. The most annoying thing is you cannot recharge the batteries within the radio, they've got to be removed, recharged separately or replaced, I don't understand that because Amazon shows a rechargeable BL-5C in the photos, how stupid is that? The USB is ONLY to power the radio from an external power source, NOT for recharging. NOTE: even LEMEGA's website says "BUILT IN RECHARGEABLE BATTERY" so what's up with that? Next is the sound, well, it's fair at best, LEMEGA must use the cheapest driver/speakers because you can't go above 3/4 volume then the right speaker starts to make buzz, pop, cracking sounds, the volume goes from 0 to 32 and anything above 24 the right speaker sounds like it's blown and the funny thing is LEMEGA's advertising motto says "LEMEGA, LIFE & LOUD"....LIFE & LOUD? You must be kidding! It can't even handle it's own volume output! Plus it doesn't even have an equalizer! Then there's input/configuration method, the rotating knob takes care of 95% everything, it's the power button, the volume, the tuner control, the settings, adjustments and all necessary configurations so if you have a large WiFi password you'll be spending loads of time dialing up/down scrolling for everything which is very annoying and we'll all wonder how long that knob will last being subjected to all that. The Bluetooth is INPUT ONLY, that means you can use this as a Bluetooth speaker but there's NO Bluetooth output so you CANNOT connect an external Bluetooth speaker for better sound, that's stupid too. What LEMEGA needs to do is redesign this thing, put in a built-in 8000-10000 mAh rechargeable battery and be able to recharge the battery within the radio with the built-in charge circuit and it should be able to be recharged regardless if the radio is turned on or not, I can do that with my little Ocean Digital WR-26 so why not this? Next, ditch the knob, use more buttons or better yet touch screen. Use better quality speakers, the right one sounded blown right out of the box so that tells me they use cheap parts. Add Bluetooth OUTPUT for external speakers. The color screen was good and I had no trouble seeing what I needed to find so that was OK. I didn't use SPOTIFY, I used their regular internet portal (Frontier) and it worked fine, if LEMEGA implemented the changes to this radio I suggested they'd have a much better approval rate than 3.5 stars, so after saying all this I ended up returning it.

Great little radio... when it works.
We bought this radio three months ago. It has great sound and is just what we were looking for. However, if we touch the power cord, even lightly, the machine powers off and then won't turn back on. I think there is a short in the cord, but because it is outside the return window, I cannot get support. So frustrating. I just want something to work.

The whole world of radio is right here.
I'm still getting to know this radio so I can't be too specific but here goes. Once connected to WiFi I was up and running, finding lists of stations from different genres and hundreds of different places and countries. It's going to take a little while to learn all the features and Nuances that make this gadget so much fun. The digital stereo is amazing for it's size. Internet radio is so great and you'll learn to seek and find anything that interests you from stations to all the podcasts. You can even listen to your local FM radio, although why you'd want to listen to that, when you have the world at your disposal is beyond me.

Fantastic Internet Radio.
Very compact Internet Radio with multiple features like FM, Bluetooth facility, Podcast, etc. But the best part is the quality of the sound ...... simply superb with Stereophonic sound. Last but not the least, it's a value for money purchase. Highly recommended.
