This ball retriever has a great feel. The grip is comfortable and fits the hand well. The stop on the retriever head works well to keep the spring loaded ring locked in place when not in use. It appears to be well made and sturdy. I am very happy with this purchase.

Seems to be very well made. I have used it a couple of times and it works great. It will pay for itself in no time. The seller sent me a note shortly after the purchase letting me know that if I had any problems with the product not to hesitate to contact him. Excellent customer service! I'm hoping that the mechanism that grabs the ball will hold up over time. After using, I would suggest leaving it extended for a bit to dry it out. The water/moisture stays in the shaft when it is collapsed and will probably lead to rust over time, but this would be the case with any collapsible ball retriever. Great product for the price.

I really like the size as it’s small enough to fit in my golf bag yet extends long enough to reach those out of reach balls. Getting the balls on the scoop end is a bit challenging at first but once you have it mastered it locks your ball in place and it won’t fall out until you have it in hand. Works well for balls in water and even swampy marsh. Paid for itself the 1st time out ! 4 stars because it is a bit tricky to learn but once you do you will be glad you purchased.

This retriever is easy to use..works well. Telescopes very short if needed. I leave mine long enough to put in one of the slots in my golf bag. Hope I hardly need to use it!!

I'm very gentle with it, and it works great. Unfortunately it suddenly broke. On the product page it states, if I have an issue, I should message them, so I contacted Amazon. Vijay in customer support reached out to the store and they took care of the issue. Thank you for backing up your product.

The retriever was a gift . The 30 days return was past, so I couldn’t sent it back. It was bought for the retriever not the putter ball retriever which was broken in the package . Funny thing is the package was not damaged

Have had two of these before. This one is stronger and much more durable, plus it does not bend easily.
