What does it mean by "contant readout up to 500 grains"? Because later it says it has a 1500 grain capacity

My instructions say the precision load cell ensures 1/10 grain accuracy up to 500 grains with a max reference measurement of 1,500 grains. This indicates to me that anything under 500 grains is about dead on and anything over is just close. All of my loads are under 60 grains and I find this instrument accurate and reliable.
