He is a double amputee and it was a challenge to move from wheelchair to shower chair with his cath hanging. This tether was perfect. It worked great keeping the cath out of the way and protected during bathing. He has even used it to maneuver around in his bed keeping the cath protected and out of the way.The shipping was fast and it has a quick disconnect that slows you to leave the tether on while moving the cath around.
