My son loves this pen. He’s enjoying writing much more with a pen he doesn’t have to press hard to use and he can hold it easily. It’s a durable pen and looks great. Such a bonus to be able to keep it and just get refills. We hate throwing out all those single use pens! My daughter and I have fountain pens by Lamy which I highly recommend. We refill those with ink from a bottle. They don’t work for my son so this is the next best choice for comfort, durability, and sparing our earth all that plastic thrown away. In my experience, Lamy pens last many years.

These have a nice, fine tip and glide smoothly over paper. There can be a tendency to smear if not careful but nothing major.

It feels classy. Obviously it’s made of plastic, but it’s that old school heavy, almost velvety plastic you find inlaid in classic guitars. It’s really nice to hold.

I had this pen for 4 or 5 years probably, then lost it going through airport security. I immediately turned and bought a replacement. I love how large it is, and how it feels in hand. I also switched to a cap pen due to ballpoints engaging in my pocket, and blue staining my pants! On my first pen I swapped out with a G2 cartridge. I did have to cut a small shim piece to make it fit properly, but that was pretty simple.

Very smooth writing, the nib glides along the paper. The finger end is contoured is a triangle with rounded edges, so fits your fingers well. Quite comfortable and allows your fingers to position correctly. I ordered a red one (with blue ink) so that I don't lose it like most of my pens. Some minor cons. - The pen is a moderately hard plastic, so this makes it robust but a little slippery. I would prefer a more soft grip on the end. But I suppose that would add to the price. My favourite notebook has high quality, non wood based paper that is slightly waterproof and a high gloss texture. The ink take a while to dry on this type of paper and can smudge. This is not a problem with ball point pens, but in my experience fountain and rollerballs pens with some glossy paper can have issues with smudging

This is one of the best pens available today, at any price. The design is amazing, the grip is very comfortable, and the rollerball glides across the paper. It's made of plastic, not aluminum (aluminum should never be used for things made to handle; it dents too easily). It feels solid, not cheap.
