Energy increase
Fab Product. It take a while to work. I have many small things wrong with me, my chief complaint is sleeping a lot & no energy. I started these after my Reiki guy recommended them to me. I had tried Olive Leaf, and it was subtle but did work, and gently increased my energy by 5-10%. So the COQ10 is amazing, only get the 500 or 600mg ones, otherwise you've to take 2. My energy is now good, still not 100%, but I've been through a lot, so I'll take Good. Whereas before I would have slept 4 afternoons during the week, now it's only 1. I'm 50 and I have so few wrinkles and my hair & nails looks amazing too. I've heard it does wondering for Heart Health too, ECG recently and nothing flagged, (and as my Mom died in her 50's from a Heart Attack) I'm very happy nothing got flagged. Good Luck with it all.
