We would not recommend using this item with any liquid that is boiled, heated or at a high temperature. This is basically a cocktail jigger made for measuring alcohol or any other liquid that is at least room temperature. Any item that has a single walled stainless steel with only one layer of stainless steel, then it's not a good idea to put piping hot drink into it.

How many oz is the jigger when filled completely to the top?

I don't know, but just below the top is the line for 6 ounces. So maybe 6.1 to 6.25 oz?
