Great Choice Cat Breakaway Nylon Collar ~ Royal Blue All Around

I bought this collar for my kitten. In hopes if he were to get out of my apartment he would be safer. However, the metal clip that attaches the bell to the collar, cut into my kittens neck. The collar was not tight at all. If your pet scratches or moves a lot the clip is sharp and can cut them. I am pretty upset. He is ok I caught it in time and it's healing but he did bleed. Do not put this on your pet.
