The product came nicely packed. Includes with an exercise pamphlet.Really love the products, it is really good. Been using it everyday at work in front of my computer. The moment I feel sleepy or about to doze off, I just grab and begin my stretch/pulls and i am good to get back to work again.

Very pleased with set so far. Have used and found that the set covers all the pre season moves I wanted them for. The adjustable straps hold well on the thighs if you put them in the right place (just above knee) and with a little more adjustment wrap fully round the ankle and hold well. The set is described as 13 piece but note only 9 pieces arrived (The full product description does mention 10 but do the maths and you'll see it's 9 as is shown in the pictures) which is misleading but read carefully. The missing straps are the low resistance ones which for me would be a waste but would have been ideal for younger family members. Looking forward to a new season fitter and stronger and these will help massively.

La verdad, es que para lo que cuestan están genial, la presentación es muy buena, y viene con 5 intensidades diferentes. Había visto en algún comentario que no se ajustaba del todo bien al tobillo, y tras comprobarlo, puedo decir que no es así. Yo peso 58 kg y se me ajustan genial a los tobillos.
