I’m not sure exactly what kind. They served our purpose. We made mini rosaries. **Q: What size jump ring might fit these medals? Thank you!** A: These have TINY openings. We ordered them to put on St. Theresa Good Deed Beads crafts and had a tremendous amount of problem even getting a small cord size through them. Some are almost closed up they are so tiny. I would look for some that have the ring attached instead of the ring being part of the medal like these. I give them out and leave them at church for people to find. Because of the amount I give away I need a lot of them. They are in Portuguese but the translation is perfect. Also, many of them have 1830 on the bottom which I was pleasantly surprised. These are little but have a nice heft to them. They are stamped well too. I checked them over closely to make sure they are authentic and all of them were good. There is no reason for others to buy these and give them out! Handing out and distributing our Lady's medal is awesome. I will continue to buy these to give away. At .10 each I can hand them out without worrying about price. If you're on the fence I say give them a try.
