Love this mix. Use occassionally, not as much as I would like. Very good flavor.

Keeps me full and helps my progress
Keeps me full with the high protein count. I mix it with oat milk or almond milk and a dash of fruit. I've lost 33lbs with 5-6 days of fitness and smoothies every morning. Took over 1.5 years yet I've kept it off. Slim fast does keep me full 2-4 hours even after a good workout.

Nice & creamy
It tastes good & keeps me full for a long time but I have switched to Ascent protein powder with Leucine because I'm not sure how healthy the ingredients are in Slim Fast.

Mixes well I use Almond milk texture is good as long as you mix well love taste and it helps me with my sugar when I get that sweet arage instead of eating candy cake ect

Sickly sweet
It tastes sickly sweet. And it thickened up when i let it sit for a few minutes. I threw it away.
