It works! (WARNING! Graphic descriptions follow!)
I know every medical professional tells me not to use Q-tips to clean my ears, but I do anyway. About 4 years ago, I started to have a problem with what seemed to be "wax" build-up in my ears. It coincided with a life change for me, living in a different place, among different people, doing different things than I normally do, so I thought it was just because of the new environment. It would grow worse and subside now and again, so I didn't pay it much attention. In about the past 2-3 months, back home now, it grew worse. I would wake up in the morning with one ear canal totally BLOCKED UP with wax, so much so that it affected my hearing.I debated purchasing this but I'm glad I did! I followed the instructions mixing warm water and white vinegar. It took a few tries to get the "feel" of what it was supposed to do, and though not painful, if you do not like "water in your ears" like me, it can be a bit disconcerting at first. Stick it out, though. I spent about 5 minutes noticing very little wax on the nozzle, and started the think it was a gimmick, but persevered, each time seeing a bit more. After about another 5-10 minutes "the dam burst" so-to-speak. I saw a HUGE blob of wax (and who knows WHAT else) sitting in my ear where it was washed out. I figured that must have been the worst of it, but continued only to have ANOTHER (albeit smaller) blob also wash out into the sink. All told, I bet the total amount of wax that was flushed out was easily a ball at least 1/2" in diameter. This was just ONE EAR (of course, it was my problem ear). WARNING! After that long, though, my ear canal may get a little sensitive to the force of the spray.I'm pleased with the results. My ears never felt so clean since I used to swim a lot before I got old and fat. The other ear showed similar results, although not NEARLY the amount of wax build-up. I found it best (for me) to put the clear "collar" right at the end of the hard plastic spray bottle nozzle, between it and the removable silicone nozzle. That was about the perfect spot for me to insert the silicone nozzle COMPLETELY into my ear while the collar "cups" my ear canal opening. Your ear may differ. Further, I highly recommend spending some TIME doing this the first time, 10-20 minutes to see results. It's going to take a lot of squirts to clean out that wax if you hadn't had it done in a while (or never had it done, as in my case). I also noticed that if you get that sustained "water in your ear" feeling and the water doesn't start draining out of your ear canal immediately (you'll hear it...plop, crackle, plop) then you've got more STUFF in there that needs to be washed out.I think it's a great system. I tend to like to stay "well-groomed" and don't mind the extra time adding it to my grooming regimen. So, moral of the story is IT REALLY WORKS!

Fantastic Product!!!
Oh my gosh! The Rhino Ear Washer REALLY, REALLY, REALLY works. I will be candid with you. When I initially ordered this product, I had my doubts. But let me tell you, it was the best $24 dollars I ever spent.I have been experiencing a funny feeling in my ears for over a year. I knew it was ear wax build-up (yuck!), but I hate spending a lot of money to see an ENT doctor for such a mundane problem. I read all of the reviews in Amazon.com on ear cleaning systems, and this product seemed to be one of the best. I figured it was worth a try, and boy did it deliver! This device was shipped to me very quickly by High Tide Health. I read the simple instructions, and decided to give it a try. I filled up the entire bottle with a warm water/hydrogen peroxide solution and let'er rip. I used around half of the solution in the bottle and nothing much was happening. And then, all of a sudden, it dislodged a large amount of wax. I do not want to gross everyone out with the details, but let's just say it removed more wax than I thought was humanly possible. The whole process was a little messy, but if you do it over a bathroom sink, it is not too bad. Without a doubt, it was WELL worth the time and effort. So, should you buy the Rhino Ear Washer? Answer: YES! However, if you ever had a perforated ear drum, I would recommend talking to your MD prior to using this device. It does squirt a fairly strong stream of water into your ear canal. However, if you do not have a perforated ear drum and think you have an issue with ear wax, then do yourself a BIG favor and order this product. Whoever invented it deserves a standing ovation.

Rhino Ear Wax Remover
My 3.5 year old daughter has had major issues with ear wax build up. She freaks out every time I grab the picker to remove the wax. She screams in pain and breaks down crying as if I just put down our dog (we don't have a dog). I took her to the pediatrician and she said that its all blocked up and she would have to try to remove it. She also freaked out when her pediatrician tried to do it. Her pediatrician said that we should try drops and see if it clears out on its own. But if not we should come back and she'll irrigate it. So I went Amazon and found this and the elephant. This was the only item that would arrive quickly and it was cheaper. I was hesitant since the elephant had better reviews but I needed something quick! I'm so glad I got this item. It is truly a life saver. I filled the bottle with warm water and a couple of saline packets from my netti pot. My daughter started to freak out when I placed the tube by her ear. I read a previous comment about how the tube attachment flies off while squirting. I figured out you're supposed to twist it on to secure it. I squirted a few times to make sure it stayed in place. So I placed the tube in my daughters ear and had an old plastic Tupperware as an ear basin. I squirted slowly so my daughter could get used to it. After the fifth squirt she was fine. She actually said it tickled. About a quarter bottle into it a small chunk came out! The. Little bits started trickling out. I was excited and kept on going. Before I got half way through the bottle, that chunk in the picture came out! I was so relived and excited. As a father, I worry about the smallest things and will spend whatever it takes to make sure my kids are ok. This bottle, as insignificant it may seem to people that don't have an ear wax issue or with kids with an ear wax issue, was a huge life saver and relief for my daughter and I. I recommend this to anyone who has this problem and even if you're skeptical about its effectiveness, I say try it anyways. Don't waste the time and money waiting for a doctor to do it. This works for kids and probably won't freak out. Make sure the water is warm though.

Works very well for toddlers
Worked perfectly to clear out impacted wax from my 3 year old. Very Warm water while he was in the bath got a ton of it out. Took me about a bottle for each ear and pulling the ear back and up made a huge difference. Overall - was totally disgusting and worked as needed and better than having him sedated for the doctor to do it.

I bought this for my brother because he has a big problem with earwax every month. Had to go get it flushed out at the doctors office regularly. Plus he was talking so loudly because he could not hear well!!! I thought I would buy it for him to try. He loves it and it is very effective. ππ

It worked!!!!
I had to use almost a full bottle of the vinegar/water solution for each ear as I was severely blocked in both ears. I did pre treat my ears for a couple nights with olive oil as well as allowing very warm shower water into my ears to help soften thing up. Iβm now hearing the best I have in YEARS.
