Bought to run my Fridge Freezer off as we get many power cuts where I live. It works perfectly. I wish these were no quite as expensive though and I had bought a larger battery version.

I love this great backup. I have my PS5, Sound System and Monitor plugged into this. I have had a few power cuts recently and I hate to see the message "Turned Off Incorrectly" and "Checking Drive For Errors". This device prevents that and you have about 60 minutes to close down properly. Great Product..

I've been using this UPS device for several years and recently the battery has been starting to fail. Just to say the device has worked faultlessly until this issue arose. Cyberpower support were not much help but Callum at Critical Power Supplies was able to tell me the make and model of a replacement battery (Yuasa NPW45-12). A new one of these has returned the unit to normal working.

Good functionality and quick switch over. Seems relatively efficient at approx 8 watts without load. Unfortunately, as soon as the fan kicks in there's an awful noise as its blades hit something. Picking the UPS up or slightly squeezing the case reduces the noise and allows the fan to speed up.

good item and works well with pure sinewave

I have a larger version of this item too for about 5 years, and bought this to protect some equipment in a different location. I don't use the software, as it is protecting non-computer equipment. I have deliberately bought a larger capacity unit than is strictly needed so that the equipment it supplies will run for longer in the event of a power failure. The fact that this has a pure sinewave output, ie a rounded wave like the mains supply, not the stepped, square wave of cheaper UPS machines, means that sensitive equipment like computers and routers etc run happily. Occasionally I will turn the power supply off to test it, and there is barely a flicker as supply is changed to be from the batteries. On the older unit I recently had to replace the batteries as routine maintenance. They were easily accessible and it was simply a case of disconnecting them and sliding the old ones out. A well designed unit made from quality materials.
