Great book for new or seasoned coaches. Easy to follow with plenty of practical applications.

I read this book on the recommendation of a highly successful coach. I have coached cross country for the last 26 years. I devoured this book in two days. It offers a wealth of ideas that will help in building team chemistry and focus. I am eager to implement some of the strategies offered. This is a solid, real world book that should be on every coach's book shelf. I am certain that I will reread this book many times!
