## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can this be used on indoor furniture like a dresser?**
A: It's a exterior stain , I would use an interior stain if the dresser is inside the house

**Q: will this strip current stain?? i need to finish using defy wood stain and have a mismatch in color from a previously stained fence.**
A: Yes. See this info from www.deckstainhelp.com "Defy Exterior Wood and Deck Stripper is designed to remove transparent and semi-transparent exterior wood and decking stains. Defy Stripper is a biodegradable deck stain remover that restores wood to a like new appearance that will work on both water-based and oil-based stains.
Defy Wood Brightener is needed to neutralize after using the stripper"

**Q: I’m reluctant to use a power washer on my mahogany wood porch floor. Will this work with moderate elbow grease and just hosed off instead?**
A: I used LOTS of Defy stripper on my deck. I followed the directions carefully and never really got anywhere near the results I wanted and needed. A couple of spots worked ok, but 85% of the job took many more elbows than I had. But, I wouldn’t recommend using a power sprayer on Mahogany at all.

**Q: Will the stripper remove the paint from my doors and side of house? Do I need to cover the house siding and doors before stripping deck?**
A: I used it on vinyl siding and exterior housepaint that had dried stain on it. It did not damage the paint or the colored siding.
