Review: Fiddley, but worth the effort. - I got this for privacy in an upstairs office, and I've just installed it 4 times on 1 main window. It's not the easiest thing to get perfect, but as you go, you get better, and the overall effect is excellent! My own minor issue is that it's a little too dark on the inside. The window is north-facing, and even on a fully sunny day, the room is darker. However, after a quick and easy install, I checked from the outside, and it is really, really hard to see in; I'm so pleased. It took me about 20 minutes to fit all 4 areas in 1 window. The two things I learnt when putting them in are: 1. use the straight edges, so you only have to cut two sides to a window, not four, and 2. practise when you do have to cut around the edges; it's really fiddly.
Review: Great product, easy to apply - Great product, hides the horrible view but still lets light in. Once you work out what you are doing, it is so easy to install. Lots of water, measure properly and a squeegee are key. It is tougher than we thought so easier to install because of that. We thought we'd try this as a temporary solution to see if we liked the look before getting it done professionally but it looks great and unless it deteriorates, there is no reason to get a professional job.

## Features

- Full Day & Night Privacy with Natural Light: Delivers 96 % privacy ideal for ground-floor and street-facing windows; enjoy undisturbed relaxation in bathrooms, kitchens and living areas without drawing heavy curtains or worrying about passersby. Build your private indoor sanctuary round the clock whilst plenty of soft natural light still flows indoors
- Renter-Friendly Static Cling Fitting, Zero Residue: Glue-free static cling design enables quick, mess-free installation simply by spraying water, applying the film and squeezing out bubbles with a squeegee; trim edges for a tailored fit. You can reposition it during fitting, fully peel it off cleanly for repeated reuse, and it leaves no scratches or damage on glass for both tenants and homeowners
- Waterproof & Humidity Resistant Durable Vinyl for UK Homes: Made of premium waterproof vinyl that stands up to bathroom steam, kitchen splashes and damp British household conditions without peeling or degrading. Easy to wipe clean and maintains strong static adhesion after multiple repositionings, offering years of reliable long-term use in high-moisture rooms
- Balanced Privacy Without Dim Interiors, Perfect for UK Weather: Ample natural light permeates the frosted film to keep rooms bright and airy, avoiding the gloomy dark atmosphere caused by thick blinds. No need to compromise between privacy and sunlight; this tint is an ideal practical pick to block outside views while maximising daylight all year round
- Cost-Effective Decor with UV & Glare Protection: Mimics the premium aesthetic of custom frosted glass at a far lower cost than permanent renovation; works on glass doors, bedrooms, offices and ground-floor windows to add subtle modern elegance, and can be taken down when moving house. It cuts harsh glare and blocks harmful UV rays to shield sofas, floors and furnishings from sun fading

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product, easy to apply

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Check the finish carefully
*by R***D on 26 July 2026*

Seems like a good product and quite easy to install once you read the instructions properly (spent ages trying to get the backing peel off whilst wondering what the two little arrow stickers were for 🙄) The picture of the finish wasn’t too accurate though as the pattern on our one was a lot more coarse than it looked online. We’ll need to buy another one now but happy enough to go with the same brand as the quality seems good
