I had previously bought a wallet from this same brand around two years ago, and it was an excellent product — made of pure, genuine leather that could easily last 10–15 years. Unfortunately, I lost that wallet in a bus in Delhi along with ₹20,000 cash, so I decided to reorder the same one that I loved so much. However, the quality now is completely different and disappointing. The wallet looks cheap — stitching is poorly done, gums are visible, and the leather doesn’t feel genuine at all. I’m returning this product for the second time for the same reason. The brand has clearly compromised on quality over time, and it’s sad to see such a big fall from what used to be a reliable product
