Aweful Product
Truely an awful product, netgear support is terrible. And this product is unreliable at best. After 1 month the unit failed, and the replacement failed again after 5 weeks, I work in IT and I can honestly say I do not recommend this product, and I would look at alternative manufactures.

I wanted something a little more robust than a typical home wifi system. I wanted to segment out my home network via some VLANs to keep my IoT, home, and work items separated and this does the trick, assuming you have the other hardware to support it. The wifi signal is excellent and reaches all the areas my previous mesh system did with just this one AP. The Insight setup took a little bit to figure out and configure the wifi correctly, but once I did it was amazingly simple to use and configure.

Configuring using the ios app was easy. If you don't like app based config, you can use the web GUI as well. Very easy to add ssid's/vlan's to the setup. Was nice to see you can do some traffic shaping on the AP itself per SSID. I only have 400 Mbps internet service and get close to that using this WAP in the rooms around the WAP.

Very happy with this purchase, great WIFI signal. East to install. I would definingly recommend this item.

Easy ceiling mounting next to the network jack. The only concern is that the access to the network cable is so small that only a flat cable will fit -- something that was not discovered until I was looking through the installation documentation.

We had this installed in July 2020 and so far they have been very helpful in the areas that needed these. I would recommend this product.
