## Questions & Answers

**Q: Are these dairy free?**
A: These are dairy free. I hope this helps!

**Q: why does every box of townhouse crackers have Crumbling crackers?**
A: Because no matter how careful they packed them some are still going to hit the sides and get broken they would have to pack them in air bubbles to save them from getting broken

**Q: Are these gluten free?**
A: These are not gluten free since they do contain wheat product.

**Q: seems like everytime i buy these crackers they're broke up. can't they make them i little thicker or bulk up the packaging thicker .**
A: We want every package of crackers that makes its way onto the store shelf to be in great condition. We are really sorry to learn that wasn’t the case for you. Sometimes, when a package is handled roughly after it leaves our facilities, the food can get broken along the way. So we can make this up to you, please call or text us at 800-962-1413 M-F (9AM to 5PM EST) or send us an email using this contact-us link https://www.kelloggs.com/en_US/contact-us.html
