I have purchased thru the years different brands & the reason I have gone to a different brand is because after a few month the don't perform as when they were new, most of the problems with the others is hard to pull out and then they don't pull all the way in no matter how much you try even with no water pressure.My hope is that this one continues to work as it is working now, however I have only used it for a month, time will tell.

So far this is been the best hose reel I have owned. Previous hose reels have fallen apart over not real all the way up after a short period of using. The quality here seems to be good.

Product worked great at the beginning of the summer when I purchased, but it now has lost spring strength. I have to reel in the last ten feet by hand. Would like to resolve the issue.

This is by far the best hose reel on the market. It has an access panel so you can actually get to the hose. All other reels are 100% sealed. So it's been a pain if something ever happens to the hose. You have to take the entire thing off and back. This one allows you to take the old hose off and put any hose you want back in. Simple swap out. It comes with the multi function spray nozzle. It also has a quick release system and mount. So literally lift up on the handle and you can take the entire unit off the mount and store it in the winter if you like. Awesome quality. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.
