How long does one ball last?

Actually I bought these balls and within 3-4 laundry two of them bursts. I sent the costumer service a request for refund and got my money back. I had 4 other similar ones that lasted me so far about 5 years. Just lost one of them and wanted to have more that didn't work out.

Can those balls be used for drying featherfilled jackets in order to make them fluffy?

Hi there! I can't guarantee that it will make your feather filled jackets fluffier, but I can say it will soften them and help dry them quicker. Whitmor's 6754-3655 Dryer Balls are made from non-toxic materials.

Can they be used in a front load dryer?

I do own a top-load dryer by Fisher-Paykel. These can be used in both top-load and front-load dryers.
