It has a good weight to it which helps keep it balanced. I have 2 that I'm using with a Hunt 22b and a Gillott 707 and both fit perfectly. For those who care, my pen was the color shown in the picture. I personally don't care that much about color (especially at this price point), but I saw a few one star reviews because the wood on some pens was lighter than some people had expected. I hope Amazon only takes the overall rating into consideration, which I gave 5 stars for.
