Boswellia is great!
MY hip pain is gone when I take this. I ran out and didn't reorder right away and my hip pain returned. I re-ordered it and began taking it again and within 3 days I was feeling amazing with full range of motion! I do also take tumeric and boron and think they all work together to give me my pain free life back! Boswellia however is definitely a big part of pain relief.

Helpful but taste bad
These work well, but they taste awful. Be ready with water when you take them. The capsules are somewhat large, so if size is an issue you may not want this one.

Game Changer
Been taking these off and on for a while, and didn't notice much difference until recently. Had some back and hip pain flare up that nothing seemed to help. Started taking Boswellia, and within 3 days the pain was greatly diminished and my mobility returned. I am not sure what the catalyst was that made it start working, but I definitely know it worked because I was pretty much out of the game for weeks due to pain, and then one day I woke up after taking them and it was like somebody oiled my joints. This one stays on my supplement staples list.
