Can i use these in a shed for rats?

Only if you beat the rat to death with it.

Can you put these in a wheelie bin?

You would be better off paying for someone to clean the wheelie bin properly than to set a fire in a bin.

Does this kill moth larvae too?

I don’t know for sure but it kills everything else!!

Will this work for clothes moths

I'm fairly certain that they would work on clothes moths, but you'd need to be VERY careful that the area was well ventilated before anyone stayed in the vicinity, it is poison.
