How is the quality of the pump?

I haven’t had any problems... pump Works good

How is the quality of the towels? Soft? Are they long term or do they wear easily?

I purchased these as a housewarming gift and I would say they are decent quality. Not the highest quality, but definitely durable. The towels are decently soft.

Can we used it for soap also?

It says lotion, but I use it for soap
