Really does work. No jitters. May cause stomach upset sometimes. Do not consume on empty stomach.

Good stimulation with Liver inflammation
Good for stimulation but lot of side effects after few hours of consumption. Like cosiderable pain in liver area. I think it's because of green tea extract they used which is widely known for liver damage. Anyway used few and rest I throw it away after continuous side effects. grean tea extract is pretty dangerous form of l theanine.

Not good
Been using for a week and I started noticing blood in my stool, usually this happens when I use sub par caffeine products. I’ll shift back to muscle tech caffeine as I don’t seem to be having any such affects.

Great but don't consume more than two
Works.but do not consume more than two at all at any cost because it makes us dizzy and sleepy+ severe headaches! It's very powerful supplement!

Doorway to enter deep focus

Its very stimulating … dnt knw abt others but i felt good for some time .. productivity increased.. but very stimulating .. the caffeine ahud have been 100mg … u can reduce the some power may be by opening the capsule and having half powder … wish it was 100mg caffein n 200mg theanine .. all gud but reduce the power
