This treat does not give any reaction to him and great size for my large breed dog. He absolutely go crazy for it and it def helps with his breathe and plaque on his teeth. It is pricier than other dental sticks out there, but it is worth every penny.

**Q: Carrageenan ~ I noticed the ingredients list this- is it on the package too? If yes, would not give to my furry babe based on Dr. Weil post on it.**
A: I contacted them about this about four years ago in 2016/17. They said back then they are aware of it bring questionable but haven’t found anything better yet. I sent them many different replacement options. They never wrote back and every so often I check the ingredients but they fail to follow through and remove it.

**Q: why is carregganan in this product? it's cancer causing**

But yes, it looks to be an ingredient that generally should be avoided, as its effects don't seem to be well-known. I'd love to see V-Dog use a different ingredient if possible. I'll be sticking to other products until then.

**Q: I see that there is no wheat in breath bones. However, are they gluten-free? My dog has to avoid it.**
A: I emailed v-dog customer service and asked for you. This was their reply:  "Our breathbones are made without gluten, but our facility is not certified gluten-free. We find that they're an excellent fit for dogs with allergies! :)" They replied fast. Sorry it took me so long to share it with you. Hope this helps.

Best treats my baby girl loves them. I never leave her alone with any treats. I’m very aware dogs getting chocked on any bones. I love that they are ideal for my girls size. These are a healthy choice for dental bones, and everything in them are very good for your dog. I get the ones for the small dog and I first brush her teeth and then give her one each day to freshen up her mouth. My girl loves them and the size is perfect. I’ve had these since February and at first she didn’t know what to do with them, and would hide them, so I decided to wait and try later and I’m getting ready to purchase another bag of these because she finally knows what to do with them. The size is perfect for her, and perfect for her Dental health. I hope more people will try them for their dogs. I like things that are earth friendly and this company has hit the target. Give them a try, but please be pro active and watch your dog while eating it.
