The cushions were a little snug but worked better then the foam covers I replaced. **Q: would they fit a 2004 nissan quest headset?** A: I just measured the ones I installed and it appears to be 2" (inch) round. There is some room to play so a 1 3/4" to maybe 2 1/4" head piece would be okay. All headsets are pretty much built the same so you don't have to worry about the way they fit. When you take an old one off, if still attached, or look at the new one, it should be obvious how to put the new cushions on. I use mine all day Monday through Friday and they are far and away better in comfort and durability than any I have ever tried before. If the unit is about 2", you can't go wrong with these.
